		<description>Gee, why doesn&#039;t the gov&#039;t increase the military pay scale, especially for experienced soldiers, and start getting rid of the mercs? If they pay the mercs 4-5 times what they pay regular military, the gov&#039;t could pay the same amount of soldiers 3x their current pay and be way ahead. Of course, we&#039;re talking about the U.S. gov&#039;t... Damn!  Never mind...</description>
