Obama Considering Banning All Fishing In America – According To Tea Party

The Tea Party is definitely not the party of intellectuals, but the crazy conspiracy theories just never end. Apparently, one of the new cooky ones is that Obama is going to ban all fishing in America. Where do these people come up with this stuff? They claim that taxes for the middle class have gone up since he was elected, which is clearly false. They believe that Obama is a Muslim non-U.S. citizen with some obsession for a one world government or some other non-sense.
You can see a video below by NewLeftMedia interviewing Tea Party protestors on April 15. What exactly are they protesting? They have no idea.

This video is incredibly selective in the people that it shows. In a crowd of tens of thousands of people, you managed to find a couple of people who are not good orators and are not practiced in public speech. However, the overall theme of the tea party participants is consistent. They believe that the government is overstretching their constitutional bounds with the health care bill. They also believe that the “tax credits/cuts” that were given are completely insignificant in light of the unprecedented spending spree we see unfolding before us. The paltry extra we receive in this year’s tax return is like a speck of dust compared to the mountain of debt we will pay for by way of tax increases yet to come. The VAT tax is the first of many, I’m certain. Regarding fiscal responsibility, tea party protestors would like to see the government exercise the same restraint as average Americans must when establishing a budget.
Additionally, We are tired are seeing the leadership in this country apologizing for America. We are tired of the leadership in this country moving away from making America great and moving toward leveling the playing field in the world’s stage by knocking us down several notches.
Furthernore, we do not want to see the Cap and Trade bill pass, which imposes scrict and costly regulations on every American based on crap science and will result in much higher taxes.
So, if you want to know what the tea partiers stand for, there you have it.

you are kidding right? if this ban is real and in effect if we get a depression they will what? arrest me for refuseing to stop fishing then they will have to feed me in jail.. gee i wonder how many will go fishing if theres a depression
Some Tea Party members actually believe that this is actually real. It is, of course, not true. The point is that the Tea Party and other conservative elements have a tendency to believe all sorts of conspiracies that aren’t based in reality.
